Our aluminum cooling drawers have been designed to hold rotable ice packs so that a more even temperature distribution can be achieved without the use of dry ice.
Our cooling drawer can be manufactured to specification and feature an inbuilt slot on the underside for rotable ice pack insertion (ice packs are sold separately).
The holes in the base of the drawer enable optimum cleaning during the dishwasher cycle.
